Shipping Policy

You will see a free 'Local Pick Up' option at check out.
Please include your phone number if you select this option and allow up to 2 business days from the time of purchase.
We will notify you once your order is packed and ready for pick up by phone and/or email.
Please have your order number ready for verification at pick up. Knock loudly on our front door and someone will be with you shortly.

You will see a 'Local Delivery' option at check out if your order qualifies. We are currently only servicing a small area of downtown and east Toronto.
Due to volume, this option might not be available for every order. Please include your phone number if you select this option. We will call or email you to arrange a delivery window.

All orders shipped within Canada are delivered via Canada Post Expedited Service. A Canada Post tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
For individual greeting cards sent within Canada we offer regular letter mail service. Cards are sent with a stamp via Canada Post letter mail. If you require tracking for your card or a confirmation of delivery, please select the tracked shipping option at check out.
All orders shipped to the continental United States are shipped via Canada Post.
International orders are shipped via Canada Post Air or Land Standard Service depending on the size of the parcel. Standard international shipping is non-trackable and comes with no insurance. Shipping may take up to 14 weeks depends on location. Please email us for other shipping options.
