The Katakuchi is an authentic pouirng vessel with a spot on one side, and is often used for serving sake or tea as well as transferring liquids. This rounded katakuchi has the perfect shape for properly whisking Matcha powder! and a convenient spout for pouring the tea with ease.
This simple and beautiful speckled sandstone katakuchi with uniquely textured beige glaze was thrown by hand.

We offer curbside pick ups Tuesday through Saturdays 11am to 6pm.

Allow up to 2 business days from the time of purchase. We will notify you once your order is packed and ready for pick up by phone and email. Please have your “Order Number" ready for verification at pick up. We have a doorbell just above the front door handle for you to notify us of your arrival.
