FAQ

Our Power Down Wednesday workshops are a feel-good project and central to our hopeful movement to promote a mindset of wellness and awareness within the community. It’s run by a collective of wellness practitioners who have free access to the Labour of Love space. We invite you take a mid-week break to relax, de-stress and connect.

Yes! You can purchase tickets directly through the practitioner Eventbrite. Use the Learn More links on our PWD Workshops page to purchase tickets. 100% of ticket sales go directly to our wellness practitioners.

In store shopping is available alongside our workshops during our regular hours from 11am – 6pm. Our ritual for Power Down Wednesday is that all visitors, customers and attendees, mute their phones and remove their shoes.

Every Power Down Wednesday, you can expect a relaxed atmosphere with dimmed lights, soothing music and a break from technology. We ask that visitors silence their phones and remove their footwear upon entry. Enjoy a complimentary cup of tea and take time to connect.

Please feel free to reach out directly to our wellness collective hosts with any questions or for more information about their workshop.
