Get out of your head and drop into your heart with this heart-centered guided meditation practice. Our heart chakra is associated with emotions, love for ourselves and others, empathy, compassion, forgiveness, and transformation. It is the intersection of our lower earthly chakras and upper divine chakras. To help ground ourselves for the meditation we'll start with gentle yoga and breathwork exercises accessible to everyone (no mat needed).
