Jillian's Summery Caesar
The classic caesar, now with even more punch. This refreshing cocktail recipe uses the Jillian Harris Summer Sea Salt (created exclusively for Kanel's Summer 2022 Jilly Box) instead of classic celery salt for market-fresh flavour with every sip. To make it in true Jilly style, replace the Worcestershire sauce with a vegan version and the clamato juice with tomato juice! Cheers!
GLUTEN-FREE | DAIRY-FREE | NUT-FREE
1.5–3 oz. vodka
5–7 oz. Clamato juice
Summer Sea Salt
Asparagus or Celery stalks for garnish
Rub a lemon wedge around the edge of each glass, then dip the wetted rim into a pile of Summer Sea Salt. Gently turn the glass lightly around until the entire rim is coated.
Add ice cubes to the glass, then pour in your desired amount of vodka.
Add a pinch of Summer Sea Salt, about 4 dashes each of Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce.
Top the glass with Clamato juice and give it a stir. Add desired garnishes and sip away!
Summer Harvest Salad Dressing
A tangy dressing with plenty of punch without being too overpowering. The best part? It takes just a few minutes to whip up this flavourful dressing.
VEGAN | VEGETARIAN | GLUTEN-FREE | DAIRY-FREE | NUT-FREE
½ cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup olive oil
2 tsp Summer Sea Salt
2 tsp sugar
Dash of ground black pepper
In a large bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Serve over fresh salad or drizzle over veggies before grilling.
