Holy Grail Garlic Smashed Potatoes

Crispy on the outside, light and fluffy on the inside. Is there anything better than smashed potatoes? Yup. Garlicky smashed potatoes for the win!

INGREDIENTS

24 ounces of baby potatoes
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp Holy Grail Garlic Salt


INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 450°F.

In a large pot of boiling water, cook potatoes until tender, about 15-20 minutes; drain well.

Lightly oil a baking sheet and place potatoes onto the sheet.

Using a potato masher or fork, carefully smash the potatoes until flattened but still in one piece. Top with olive oil, and sprinkle with Holy Grail Garlic Salt.

Place into oven and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.

Holy Grail Compound Butter

Find a permanent home for this garlicky staple in the door of your fridge because you'll be using it daily. Spread onto a warm baguette, add to sautéed veggies, drop a dollop onto a grilled steak, etc.

INGREDIENTS

1 brick of unsalted butter, room temperature
2 Tbsp Holy Grail Garlic Salt


INSTRUCTIONS

Add butter and Holy Grail Garlic Salt and mix until fully incorporated. Store in airtight container.

Vadouvan Curry Coconut Soup

If fall were a flavour, it'd be this. Seasonal Vadouvan Curry coconut soup, topped off with Sesame Hazelnut Dukka is an irresistible autumnal staple that can be enjoyed any season.

INGREDIENTS

2-3 Tbsp, Vadouvan Curry
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cups (heaping) root veggies (we like carrots or squash), peeled & cubed
1 can of coconut milk
1/2 tsp salt (we recommend our Holy Grail Garlic Salt)/p>


INSTRUCTIONS

Coat the bottom of a pot with olive oil, and bloom vadouvan curry for about 1 minute over medium heat.

Sauté onions until soft.

Add veggies and a touch of salt. Stir occasionally for about 5 minutes.

Pour in coconut milk and enough water to cover the vegetables (optionally water can be replaced with your favorite prepared stock).

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer for 10 minutes.

Blend with an immersion blender and serve.
