3330 is located on the southern slopes of the Etna 333 meters above sea level, halfway between the Ionian Sea and the mountains. The fertility of the volcanic soil and generous sunshine allows some of the best varieties of fruit and vegetables to thrive in this naturally biodiverse area. They have been creating their flavourful artisanal preserves for over ten years with passion and dedication.
Cola apples are a local delicacy in Sicily but not very well known outside the Etna area – they are small and crunchy and maintain their delicious texture in processing. Here, they are combined with the botanical notes of the best Piedmontese Vermouth. This jam can be used to make a strudel or a tart, but it is also excellent when paired with medium-aged cheeses and white meats.
