In her first book, Michelle Crispe draws on inspiration from the birth of her son and tells a story of resilience, courage, kindness and compassion. The book mirrors her journey at the time as a single mother and her own transformation and healing.

Michelle Crispe owns her own small construction company and specializes in elevated playhouses and treehouses. Dr. Crispe is also an accomplished speaker and fitness trainer appearing on the popular daytime show Marilyn Denis as well as appearing in Oxygen magazine twice.

Michelle lives in Toronto with her partner, Chantelle and their beautiful, blended family: Emerson, Charley, and Gage.
